Banter is proud to offer free and easy returns! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date for the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges. You may exchange your order within 90 days of the ship date. Please see our Returns & Exchange policy for more information.

Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds are expected 5-7 business days after processing.

Yes. You will receive a monthly statement by mail if you have a balance or if there is activity on your account, unless you sign up for paperless statements.

To avoid a late fee, you must pay at least the minimum amount due on or before the due date. Payments received on the due date must be received before 5:00 PM EST.

What are my payment options for online orders? We offer several types of payment options when you order online or shop in stores. For more information, visit our Payment Hub.

How do I sign up for online account management? It’s easy! To sign up, click Register, and enter your current account information! Now your account is available online.

To link your account, log into your account. On the “My Account Page”, select “Digital Wallet”, and add the Banter Credit Card to your account.

Once your card is successfully linked, it will automatically appear as a payment option in the billing step, and you can use it on your next purchase.

If you have attempted multiple unsuccessful logins, your online account access is temporarily suspended for your security. We will send an email with instructions to the email address we have on file for your account. In the event you are still having login issues and need to pay your bill, you can do so by accessing Easy Pay on Banter the Banter Credit Card website and enter your card number and personal information.

If you purchased an Extended Service Agreement and the merchandise fails in the first year after purchase as a result of normal wear and tear because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it free of charge.
