AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK IF I GO TO A STORE?

Customers are not required to wear face masks unless required by state or local law. Piercing customers must wear a mask during the piercing service.

WHAT ARE YOUR IN-STORE SAFETY PROCEDURES?

Consistent with current CDC requirements and in partnership with our medical advisors, the following safety measures are in place:

  • All employees must wear a mask. Masks must cover your nose and mouth.
  • Jewelry is cleaned before and after handling by each customer.
  • Team members wash/sanitize their hands frequently.
  • We perform frequent cleanings and wipe down all surfaces.
  • Avoid entering the store if you have symptoms of COVID-19, namely fever or cough.
  • Hand sanitizer is available at the store.
  • Maintain a six-foot distance from others.
  • Sneeze or cough into a cloth or tissue, or if unavailable, your elbow.
  • Avoid shaking hands or engaging in unneccessary physical contact.

WHAT MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN BY BANTER EMPLOYEES FOR PIERCING SERVICES?

For piercing services, team members will be wearing a mask while using sanitized materials. All piercing materials are cleaned and sanitized before and after use.
