Bring your items and packing slip or order confirmation to a store. Find any store associate for assistance. Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds are expected 5-7 business days after processing.

Start your return online. Ship your items using the prepaid shipping label provided via email. Refunds are expected within 30 days to the original form of payment.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date for the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges. Merchandise purchased between 10/19/2023 and 12/24/2023 can now be returned through 1/24/2024.
You can return a Banter by Piercing Pagoda purchase you bought with Affirm by initiating the returns process on banter.com. Proceed the way you normally would. To ensure your loan is fully refunded you must return your item by mail or in store. If your payment option through Affirm included interest, any interest paid is non-refundable.
You can return a Banter by Piercing Pagoda purchase you bought with Progressive Leasing if you are within the return period. You may receive a credit or refund by returning your merchandise by mail or in store.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 90 days of the date your order was shipped.
- Please note the following return and exchange exceptions:
- Products must be returned in original condition with boxes, paperwork, and accessories to ensure full credit.
- Merchandise sized, engraved, or altered in any way after purchase may not be returned or exchanged.
