We are now Banter by Piercing Pagoda! Same incredible quality, variety and customer service people have come to expect from Piercing Pagoda with a fresh look, vibe and name.
Why did it change?
We needed an updated feel that would match the new experience we will be bringing to our customers. The name Piercing Pagoda simply no longer captured our brand vision. We are fearless, bold, authentic and inclusive. We believe in making people, whoever they are, feel like they can be whoever they want to be. We believe that everyone is invited to the brand and conversation. So let’s Banter!
Did you get purchased? Do you still have the same owners?

Can I still use my ESA?

What about my appointment, do I need to reschedule?
Nope! Any appointments you’ve made with a Piercing Pagoda location are still intact.
