Bad quality
I bought an earring from Banter just 3.5 months ago, and it’s already broken. I paid a lot of money for it expecting decent quality, but clearly that’s not what they offer. When I reached out for a replacement or any kind of help, they refused to do anything about it since it’s just prior the 90 days.
